Owner: Mark Shaffer

Having grown up in a Body Shop himself, Mark began his career in the auto repair business as a teenager and never looked back. After several years honing his skills, he soon started a family with his Wife Carol and his background includes teaching at Sheridan Vocational Technical School in Broward County then resumed his career working in large collision shops in the Miami area. Dedication to his craft, hard work, and a driving commitment to providing high quality services to the area eventually led to opening ABC Body Shop in Ocala in 1982.

Office Manager: Carol Shaffer

While Mark is making sure the work is getting done right, Carol is making sure things run smoothly in the office. Having over 35 years of experience in the industry, Carol ensures that all the necessary paperwork, insurance requirements, and documentation is complete to ensure a smooth process from start to finish.
